We are a small town business who continues to provide small town customer service to every customer.

Martin's motto persists today "Sales with Service"!  

We take pride in being able to troubleshoot difficult jobs and stand behind our work for the life of the job.  We are still proud to take care of our first customer from 1964, over 55 years later.

Martin Schulze started his A/C and heating business in 1964, after earning a 4-year degree from the University of Houston, a B.S. in Mechanical Technology with a specialization in Air Conditioning Technology.

After graduating from Texas Tech in 1994 with a B.S. in chemistry, and the University of Houston with a Master's Degree in Chemistry in 1997, Martin's son Shawn joined the family A/C business full-time in 2000.
